Chapter 01

You did everything they told you.

You got the prescription. Then you got a folder, a pharmacy text, and a follow-up in six weeks.

In between, there was you.

One app for the shot. One for the food. One for the workouts you were not sure you were allowed to do.

A group chat of strangers for the questions you did not want to ask your doctor.

It worked, sort of. And it was lonely. Nobody looked at what you logged. Nobody noticed the week you stopped.

Chapter 02

What if the medicine was the beginning, not the end.

We are a nurse-practitioner-led clinic in Mason, Ohio, serving greater Cincinnati. We prescribe GLP-1s like semaglutide and tirzepatide, we manage hormones, we run the labs most physicals skip. And we kept watching the same thing happen: the plan was good on the day it was written, and then life happened between visits. So we built the part that was missing — a daily guide with our own people inside it, and a community that meets every week.

The clinic

Dr. Ryan Loveland. Evaluation before prescribing, labs read together, hormones and GLP-1s and functional medicine under one roof.

The daily guide

One question a day. Ten seconds. One next step. Your dose, food, water, protein, side effects and workouts in one place, so you can delete the other four.

The people

Tabby for strength and protein. Jeni for the community. Live sessions every week. Real names, real faces, in your town.

Chapter 03

One question a day.

Tomorrow morning the app asks how your energy is. You tap. It asks two more questions. Then it gives you one thing — not a list. Water before noon. Thirty grams of protein at breakfast. A two-minute lesson on why the scale stalls in week three. Some days the one thing is a call with Dr. Ryan or a session with Tabby. Most days it is free, small, and done by lunch.

01

The question

Ten seconds. One tap.

02

Two follow-ups

Enough to understand, never an interrogation.

03

One next step

Water, protein, a two-minute lesson — sometimes a call with Dr. Ryan or a session with Tabby.

A streak that forgives.

One missed day never erases a good month. You get a freeze every week and a next-day repair.

Wins the scale can’t see.

Sleep, energy, how your jeans fit, quiet food noise. You can hide the number entirely if it is not helping you.

It knows when to hand you to a human.

Certain answers go straight to a person at the clinic, never just an automated tip.

The app educates and organises. It does not diagnose and does not give medication or dosing advice. Your prescriber sets your dose; the app only records what you tell it.

Jeni

I am the one who notices when you go quiet. That is the whole job.

Clinic patient experience

Real, consented patient experiences are being gathered with signed consent and will appear here before launch. No placeholder quotes are shown in the meantime.

Chapter 05

Nobody does this alone here.

Every week there is a live session with a practitioner and one with Tabby, and the replays stay in the library. There is a room where members post the win nobody else would understand — the first week without food noise, the stairs that stopped hurting. Nicknames only. Jeni moderates. And because we are a real clinic and not just a website, members near Mason can take some of it in person.

With the Girls — short conversations with Tabby and Jeni about protein, hormones, energy and real life. Coming with the app.

Chapter 06

In-clinic red light therapy

A quiet session, considered as part of your plan.

Red and near-infrared light are delivered through dedicated equipment in a private room at our Mason clinic. Sessions are calm, simple, and offered as supportive care alongside your wider health or training plan—not as a substitute for diagnosis or treatment.
